The Kelvin Grove Urban Village is home to a diverse mix of people, with more than 1,000 residential units to be constructed across the Village.
The developments feature high-quality design in a variety of styles to suit residents with different tastes, needs and budgets, from modest units through to premium penthouses with city or park views.
Most of the units are being delivered by private developers. The Brisbane Housing Company has delivered four developments aimed specifically at low to medium-income singles, couples and small families.
